Federer and Nadal have been famous for being the top two singles player but not so much for doubles. Although they are great double players as well, singles usually get more attention and in doubles, partners like the Brian Brothers have more populatity.
However, this match between the top two players in singles playing doubles will be quite interesting to watch because they both have pressure on them to win for different reasons and Federer's traditional doubles netplay playing style (serve and volley on both serves) is quite contrasting compared to Rafa's heavy rallies and quickness, so the result is unpredictable.
